My Collection Page: Access and Manage Your Saved Planners

Planify Pro makes it easy to access and manage all your saved planners in one convenient place. The My Collection page gives you full control over your planners, including tagging, renaming, deleting, and sharing.

How to Access Your Saved Planners #

There are two ways to reach your planner collection:

  1. From the Hub Page: Click My Collection.

  2. From the Left Menu Tab: On the hub page, click Collection.

Once you’re on the My Collection page, you can select any saved planner and either preview it by clicking the magnifying glass icon or manage it by clicking the Menu.

Here’s what you can do from the Menu:

  • Edit Info: Rename your planner, select or add tags, and add a description. Learn more here.

  • Make Public/Private: Set the visibility status of your planner. Read more here.

  • Download PDF: Download the selected planner as a PDF file for printing or offline use.

  • Make Listing: Generate a listing image file for the selected planner.

  • Open: Open the planner project to continue customizing your planner.

  • Delete: Delete a planner by checking the confirmation box. Learn more here.

Manage Tag: Use the Manage Tag button on the left sidebar to organize your planners with tags. You can add new tags, categorize them, and keep your collection organized. Learn more here:
