To keep your work safe while designing in Planify Pro, it’s important to save regularly. Here’s how you can do it:
1. Quick Save Button (Recommended) #

If you’re working on a project with more than one page, you’ll see a quick save button on the right side of your screen.

This button allows you to save and update your planner instantly without opening any menus.

Tip: If the button is in your way, you can drag and move it anywhere on your screen. You can also collapse it to make it smaller.

Important: The save button will change color and show a reminder message if too much time passes without saving — please make sure to click it regularly.

Note: Planify Pro currently does not have auto-save, so pressing the quick save button often is highly recommended to avoid losing any changes.

2. Save via Top Menu (If Quick Save Button Isn’t Visible) #

If you only have one page, the quick save button might not appear.

In that case:

Click on Save/Export in the top menu.

Then go to the Save section.

Click Save and Update to save your current project.
