Edit or Customize a Widget

Planify Pro offers a wide range of widgets you can add to your planner.
While there are many different types, most widgets share similar editing features.
Here’s a full overview of how you can customize them:

General Editing Features Available for All Widgets:customize widget color #

  • Change Widget Color
    • Every widget can be customized with its own color.
  • Edit Header Text
    • You can edit or completely change the widget’s header text.
  • Adjust Rows, Grids, and Dots
    • If the widget has rows (like list widgets), you can adjust the number of rows.
    • If the widget has grids or dots (like dot grid widgets), you can adjust their size using a slider in the widget settings.
  • Change To-Do Widget Icons
    • For To-Do widgets, you can change the icons.
    • You can also choose whether the icon appears on the left or right side by toggling the icon placement button.
  • Add Boxes to Multi-Box Widgets
    • If you are using a Multiple Box Widget, you can add horizontal and vertical boxes to create more sections.
  • Customize Tracker Widgets
    • Tracker widgets allow you to add columns and rows.
    • You can also name the columns to match your tracking needs.
  • Type Inside Rows
    • To type directly inside a widget’s row, click on the row.
    • A text editor will appear where you can enter your content.

Special Widget Features: #

  • Daily Schedule Widgets
    • You can set the start and end time.
    • You can adjust the hourly increment (for example, 15-minute intervals, 30-minute intervals, etc.).
  • Matrix Widgets
    • Matrix widgets can be used for meal planners, weekly planners, habit tracking, and more.
    • You can freely customize the rows and columns for different layouts.
