Smart Sync helps make sure all your planner pages are fully loaded and ready before you export.
When Smart Sync runs, it:

Checks how many pages are not fully loaded

Syncs those pages automatically

Confirms everything is ready before exporting
Why Smart Sync Matters #
If you export your planner while some pages are not synced, parts of your planner may be missing — such as images, stickers, or layouts.
Smart Sync prevents this by making sure:

All pages are synced

Nothing is left behind in the export
How to Check Sync Status #
On the left-side menu, you’ll see a page filter that helps you track sync progress:

All Pages – shows every page in your planner

Synced Pages – marked with a green checkmark

Unsynced Pages – marked with a yellow icon and need attention
This filter appears below the “Current Page” button.
