If you would like to upgrade from a Personal Plan to a Business Plan, or downgrade from a Business Plan to a Personal Plan, you can easily do so through your account settings.
How to Change Your Plan: #

Go to Account in the sidebar menu.

Click Change pricing plan or between Personal Use or Business Use.

Select Update Subscription.

Choose your desired plan and Confirm.
How Billing Works When You Switch Plans: #

Prorated Billing:
Whenever you upgrade or downgrade, the amount is prorated.
This means you will only be charged or credited for the difference based on the time left in your current billing cycle.
If You Upgrade (e.g., Personal Plan → Business Plan): #

You will only pay the additional amount needed to cover the upgrade for the remainder of your billing period.

The extra charge is calculated automatically at checkout.
If You Downgrade (e.g., Business Plan → Personal Plan): #

The system will calculate the extra amount you already paid.

This amount will be added as a credit to your account.

On your next billing date, your available credits will be applied first, and you will only be charged for any remaining balance.
If You Switch Between Billing Cycles (e.g., Monthly → Annual, or Annual → Quarterly): #

The same prorating rules apply.

Whether you switch to monthly, quarterly, or annual plans, you will either pay a prorated difference or receive a prorated credit, depending on the change.
What Happens to Your Saved Planners and Projects? #

Nothing will be deleted during an upgrade, downgrade, or even cancellation.

All of your saved planners, projects, and uploads will remain stored in your account.

As long as your account is registered, your content stays safe — even if you switch plans or cancel your subscription.
Important Notes: #

Your new plan will activate immediately after confirming the change.

Your next billing cycle will be adjusted based on the selected plan.

Switching from Personal Use to Business Use will grant you commercial rights immediately.

Downgrading from Business Use to Personal Use will remove your commercial rights.

Any credits, coupons, or special discounts will automatically adjust if applicable.
Example Walkthrough:

In your Account settings, select Change pricing plan.

You will be redirected to your Stripe billing portal. Click Update Subscription.

Choose your new plan: Commercial License Plan or Pro Plan (Personal Use), depending on what you want.

Click Continue and confirm your update.
