In Planify Pro, there are three different types of text formatting styles you can customize: H1, H2, and H3. Each has a specific role in helping structure your planner layouts.
How to Access Text Settings #
-
Open your project in Planify Pro.
-
Click on the “Texts” menu at the top.
-
On the left side panel, you’ll now see settings for H1, H2, and H3 text types.
-
You can adjust:
-
Font family
-
Font size
-
Text alignment (left or right)
-
Bold or regular style
-
Letter spacing
-
What Each Text Type Controls #
H1 – Main Title Header #
-
Purpose: H1 is your main planner title (for example, “Daily Planner” or “Weekly Overview”).
-
Default Status: When you start a new project, the H1 is not activated yet.
-
How to Activate H1:
-
Open the Texts menu.
-
Under the H1 settings, click “Add/Edit Title Layout.”
-
A new left panel will open — click “Click to add Title.”
-
The title will appear at the top of your planner.
-
-
Customization:
-
You can choose if you want the H1 title to show on the Left, Right, or Both pages.
-
You can also add multiple headers next to each other to build more complex title layouts.
-
H2 – Widget Header Text #
-
Purpose: H2 is the text used in the header of every widget (like “Meal Plan,” “To-Do List,” “Notes”).
-
How It Works:
-
If you change the H2 settings (font, size, color), it will update every widget header across the entire planner.
-
Currently, Planify Pro doesn’t allow setting different fonts for different widgets individually. It applies globally.
-
H3 – Widget Body Text #
-
Purpose: H3 controls the text inside a widget’s body — for example, the rows you fill out in a tracker, checklist, or note section.
-
How It Works:
-
Adjusting the H3 settings will apply to all typed text inside widgets.
-
Again, the changes will update across the entire planner, not just on a single widget.
-
Quick Example #
| Text Type | Example |
|---|---|
| H1 | “Daily Time Tracker” at the top of the page |
| H2 | “Priorities,” “Meals,” or “Tracker” titles inside widgets |
| H3 | Bullet points, list items, or tracker labels inside the widgets |
