Planify Pro allows you to customize the visual appearance of your widgets using the Style menu. Whether you want a minimal look, bold structure, or something decorative, you can update the entire planner or just a single widget — all with a few clicks.
How to Access the Style Menu #

Click on the “Style” button in the top main menu.

This opens the full Style Panel where you can browse all available widget styles.
Style Categories #
Widget styles are organized into four categories:

Neutral – Balanced styles with standard outlines

Minimal – Clean, low-visual styles (no borders, light headers)

Decorative – Styled designs with flair, great for themed planners

Bold – Heavier outlines and stronger visual impact
💡 Each style changes how widgets look — from full borders to just header lines, or completely minimal.
Apply Styling to All Widgets (Default) #
By default, styling is applied to all widgets on the page when you select a new style.
To apply to all: #

Open the Style menu

Browse and select a style from any category

Make sure “To all Widgets” is selected (it is by default, at the top)

The appearance of all widgets will update instantly
Apply Styling to One Specific Widget #
You can also apply styling to a single widget only.
To apply to one widget: #

Click on the widget you want to customize

Open the Style menu from the top bar

At the top right of the style panel, click “To selected Widget”

Choose a style — it will apply only to that widget
Adjust Widget Opacity #
Use the Opacity slider at the top of the Style Panel to adjust how dark or light the widget styling appears. This applies to either all widgets.
