If your exported PDF is missing some stickers, patterns, or other visual elements — don’t worry, this can be fixed!
Why This Happens #
When you export your planner, the system runs through every page and sends the visual data (like stickers, widgets, and patterns) to the PDF generator.
If your planner has a lot of elements or pages, this process can run too quickly, and some elements might not have enough time to fully load before being passed to the exporter.
This can cause certain stickers or patterns to not appear in the final file.
How to Fix It #

Sync Your Planner Before Exporting:

Go to Save/Export.

Click Smart Sync.

Preview Every Page Thumbnail (Advanced Fix):

Open the Multiple Page Menu on the left.

Click the toggle to Show Previews so that every page thumbnail becomes visible.

Slowly scroll through and check each page’s preview:

Make sure all your main elements (stickers, patterns, widgets) show up clearly in the thumbnail.

If something is missing in the thumbnail, it will also be missing in the exported PDF.

To fix it:

Click on the affected page to open it fully.

Wait for the page to load all elements.
-
Move on to the next page where an element is missing and repeat the process.

Re-export Your Planner:

After verifying and refreshing the thumbnails for all pages, export your planner again.

Everything visible in the page previews will now be correctly included in the final PDF.
