In Planify Pro, you can easily start your planner project using ready-made templates. Here’s how you can do it:
Option 1: Open a Template from the Public Planners #

Visit the Planify Pro main page or click on the Explore button.

Browse through the public planners.

Click on a template you like to open it.
Option 2: Start from a Starter Template #

Click on Templates from the top main menu.

Select the Starter submenu.

A sidebar will open on the right side showing a full list of starter templates categorized into different sections.
How Starter Templates Work #
When selecting a starter template, you have several options for how to apply it:
Directly Click on a Template

If you click on a template itself, it will immediately replace your current planner layout.

The template will automatically adjust to the project size you have selected (e.g., A6, A5, etc.).
Template Buttons Explained #
Below each starter template, you will see four buttons:

Template
Applies the full template — same as clicking directly on it. -
Style
Only the styling (fonts, colors, layout styles) from the template will be applied to your current planner. Your existing content stays. -
Skeleton
Only the layout structure (grids, widgets, text boxes) will apply — without fonts, colors, or styles. -
Apply to Pages
Opens a window where you can select which pages you want the template applied to.-
You can choose to apply the Skeleton only or Skeleton + Style.

Great for selectively updating specific pages without replacing the entire planner.

Additional Settings: Left and Right Page Controls #
At the top of the Starter Template panel, you will also find:

Apply From: Left | Right | Both

Apply To: Left | Right | Both
This setting controls how templates are applied:

Some starter templates have distinct left and right page designs.
-
You can choose to apply the left side of the starter to the right side of your planner, apply both sides, or mix as needed.
