If you’re exporting a single page in Planify Pro and notice that the PDF has two identical pages instead of just one, don’t worry — this is intentional!
Here’s Why It Happens #
-
Planify Pro was designed primarily for printable planners and print-ready projects.
-
When exporting a single page, the system automatically duplicates the page.
-
This makes it easier for you to print double-sided (duplex printing) without manually adjusting settings.
Example:
If you print front and back using a duplex printer, the same page will appear on both sides — exactly what you want for single-sheet inserts or notebooks.
Important Notes #
-
The duplicated second page is for convenience only.
-
It ensures that the printed planner feels professional when flipped or used in physical notebooks.
-
You won’t need to reformat anything for most printing setups.
Can I Remove the Second Page? #
Yes!
If you want to export and only keep one page:
-
Open the downloaded PDF using a PDF editor (such as Adobe Acrobat, PDF-XChange Editor, or online tools).
-
Simply delete the second page manually.
-
Save the updated PDF file.
