In Planify Pro, you have multiple ways to find templates and planners while working inside your project. #
Finding Starter Templates: #

Open the Template Menu

Click on the Template button in the top main toolbar.

Apply Starter Templates

In the submenu, choose Starter Templates.

Starter templates are organized into categories and listed on the right side menu.

You can select and insert any starter template directly into your project.

Searching Public Planners (Outside the Template Menu): #

Find the Browse Planner Button
-
Look at the upper right side of your screen, next to the Help button.

Click on the Browse Planner button.

Search Public Planners
-
After clicking Browse Planner, a new option will appear: Search Public Planners.

Click this to open the Explore Page directly inside your current project.

Explore and Apply Public Templates

On the Explore Page, you can search for various types of planners, including:

Cover pages
-
Layouts
-
Tracker templates
-
More community-shared designs
-

You can directly apply any public planner template to your current project.

Important Notes: #

The Browse Planner button is separate from the Template Menu.

You do not need to open the Template Menu first to access public planners.

Starter Templates are pre-designed templates provided by Planify Pro.

Public Planners are designs shared by Planify Pro and other users for inspiration or reuse.
