How to Resize a Page or Select a Planner Size

Changing the size of a planner page in Planify Pro is simple and gives you flexibility to work with popular planner formats—whether you’re creating a printable, digital, or KDP planner.

Step-by-Step: Resizing or Selecting a Page SizeScreenshot 2569 01 20 at 14.25.52 #

  1. Go to the Top Menu
Click on the “Size” button at the top of your screen.

  2. Choose a Planner Format
On the right-hand side, a size menu will appear. Planner sizes are organized into categories:

    • Ring Binder & Discbound

    • Traveller’s Notebooks

    • Amazon KDP

    • Custom Size

  3. Use the Search Bar (Optional)
You can quickly search for a planner size using the filter bar at the top of the right panel.

  4. Click to Apply a Size
Just click on the size you want. Planify Pro will automatically resize the current page layout to that format.

Resizing Considerations for Existing Planners #

If you’re resizing a planner you’ve already started, especially when switching to a much smaller or larger size, you may need to make some adjustments:

  • Resize fonts to ensure readability.

  • Modify row spacing or column widths in widgets for better alignment.

Multiple Pages? Fix All at Once #

If your planner has multiple pages, every page must be resized to the same size before exporting to avoid issues like:

  • Cut-off content in the PDF

  • Mismatched layout dimensions

Planify Pro helps prevent this with a red warning button in the multi-page sidebar:

  • Click “Click to Fix Sizing”

  • Select the correct planner size

  • The system will go through each page and apply the new size

For Digital Planners Too #

This process works the same for digital planners. The key is:

Make sure all pages are resized consistently using “Click to Fix Sizing.”

This ensures your exported PDF will display correctly in apps like Goodnotes or Notability without formatting errors.
