In Planify Pro, every planner can be assigned a Recipe Code. This unique code makes it easy to share planners with others or access public planners quickly.
What is a Recipe Code? #
-
A Recipe Code is a special, automatically generated code assigned to a planner when it is made public.
-
It allows users to find a specific planner by simply entering the code.
How to Generate a Recipe Code #
-
By default, all planners created are private.
-
To make a planner public and generate a recipe code:
-
Go to the Collection page.
-
Find your planner and click on its Menu.
-
Select “Make Public.”
-
A Recipe Code will be created and displayed above the planner listing.
-
How to Use a Recipe Code #
-
Anyone with the recipe code can type it into the Explore page search bar to find and open that specific planner.
-
Alternatively, users can go to the Create page, click on the “Browse Planner” button at the top right, and paste the code into the field provided.
Important Notes #
-
Public means public: Once you make a planner public, it is accessible to anyone who has the code.
(There is no way to limit who can access a public planner.) -
Account must be Public:
Before you can make planners public and generate recipe codes, your account itself must be public.
You can change your account setting on the Collection page by setting your profile visibility to Public.
