🖨️ Printing Instructions for Normal Printers (Non-Duplex) #

Always print at “actual size” or “scale to 100%” (do not select “fit to page” or “shrink to fit”).

Planify Pro planners are formatted for double-sided printing.

Step 1: Print all odd pages first (1, 3, 5, 7, etc.).

Step 2: Flip the printed pages manually and reinsert into printer.

Step 3: Print all even pages (2, 4, 6, 8, etc.) on the back side.
This method ensures the pages line up correctly for double-sided use.
Tip: Always do a small 2-page print test first to make sure you are flipping the pages correctly for your specific printer. Always set the Orientation to Auto for the print to be aligned in the center!
