If Planify Pro is running slowly, don’t worry — there are a few quick fixes that usually speed things up!
First Step: Use Firefox in Private Mode #
Using Firefox’s Private Mode helps Planify Pro run more smoothly by avoiding old cached data, conflicting browser extensions, and memory buildup.
Here’s how to open a Private Window in Firefox:
-
Open Firefox.
-
Click the three lines (☰) in the top right corner.
-
Select “New Private Window.”
-
Access Planify Pro from this new private window.
📌 Private Mode ensures a fresh, clean browsing session — perfect for memory-heavy apps like Planify Pro.
Other Possible Reasons for Slow Performance #
-
Device Limitations
Planify Pro uses a lot of memory to manage stickers, patterns, and assets.
We recommend using a computer with at least 16GB RAM (check our Recommended Devices Here). -
Large or Complex Projects
Planners with hundreds of pages, heavy use of stickers, or lots of patterns can slow down performance — especially on weaker devices. -
Tablet or iPad Use
iPads and tablets are generally less powerful than computers.
For heavy planners (especially digital planners), we recommend using a laptop or desktop for best results. -
Possible Project Bug
In rare cases, slowdowns could be caused by a bug inside the project itself.
