The PDF I Exported Is the Wrong Size

If your exported PDF is showing the wrong page size, margins, or looks cut off, don’t worry — it’s usually caused by a page size mismatch inside your planner.

💡 Why This Happens #

Planify Pro requires all pages in your planner to have the same size before exporting.
If even one page has a different size (for example, mixing A4 with A5), the final PDF might get misaligned, cut off, or resized incorrectly.

✅ How to Fix It #

  1. Check All Page Sizes

    • Open the Multiple Page Menu on the left side.

    • Look at the size information listed for each page.

    • If some pages have a different size, they need to be corrected.

  2. Use the “Click to Fix Sizing” Button

    • In the Multiple Page Panel, if Planify Pro detects pages with different sizes, a red “Click to Fix Sizing” button will appear at the top.

    • Click this button.

    • Select the correct size you want for your entire planner.

    • It will automatically resize all pages to match.

  3. Re-export Your Planner

    • Once all pages are the same size, export your planner again.

    • The PDF will now be properly aligned and sized.
