If your patterns are missing from your exported planner, don’t worry — this is a common issue that’s easy to fix once you understand why it happens.
Why This Happens #
When you export a planner, Planify Pro quickly processes every page to send stickers, patterns, fonts, and layouts to the PDF generator.
If your project has a lot of pages, assets, or a slower connection/device, the system may run too fast, not giving enough time for some patterns to fully load before exporting.
As a result, certain patterns might not appear in your final PDF file, even though they were correctly set inside the project.
How to Fix Missing Patterns #
-
Sync Before Exporting:
-
Go to Save/Export.
-
Click Sync all pages before export.
-
Always choose Slow Sync for best results (this gives the system enough time to fully load all assets).
-
-
Manually Refresh Thumbnails:
-
Open the Multiple Page Menu.
-
Enable Show Previews to load all page thumbnails.
-
Carefully scroll through all the thumbnails:
-
Check if the pattern appears in the small preview.
-
If a pattern is missing
-
from a thumbnail, it will also be missing in the export.
-
-
Fix it by clicking on the affected thumbnail to fully open that page.
-
Wait for the page to completely load the pattern.
-
Then move on to check the next page.
-
📌 Important: Whatever appears in the thumbnail preview will also appear in the exported PDF!
-
Export Again:
-
After refreshing all problem pages, re-export your planner.
-
Now, the patterns should appear correctly.
