When starting a digital planner project in Planify Pro, you have full control over the layout — including whether you want your planner to be a one-page vertical planner or a two-page horizontal spread.
If you want a simple single-page vertical layout (perfect for users who prefer scrolling through their planner one page at a time or using it in portrait mode on their tablet), here’s exactly how to set it up:
One Page vs Two Page Layouts #
When you start a digital planner on Planify Pro, you’ll notice two different viewing styles:
-
Two-Page Layout (Horizontal View):
This setup shows an open-book style spread, with a left and right page side by side.
It’s perfect for users who prefer using their tablet horizontally in landscape mode. -
One-Page Layout (Vertical View):
This setup shows one page at a time, stacked vertically.
It’s ideal for users who prefer holding their tablet in portrait mode (like a regular paper planner).
How to Create a Vertical Digital Planner #
-
Go to Planner Mode and start your new digital planner project.
-
Look for the page view options at the top menu.
-
Click on “Show Single Page (Vertical)”.
This will instantly switch your project to a one-page vertical layout where only one page is shown at a time.
✅ Your layout will now be ready for vertical scrolling and designed for portrait viewing on tablets!
Why Choose a One-Page Vertical Layout? #
-
It’s easier to scroll through one page at a time, just like flipping through a traditional notebook.
-
It looks cleaner on portrait-mode tablets like the iPad.
-
It’s better for creating simple, minimalistic digital planners.
-
It’s great for planners like daily planners, to-do lists, habit trackers, and minimal layouts.
