My Planner Won’t Load

If your planner isn’t opening, don’t panic!
There are a few simple steps you can take to fix it and recover your work.


Why This Happens #

  • If your planner has a lot of pages (especially over 400+ pages), it may take several minutes to fully load.

  • Larger planners require more memory and time, especially if there are lots of patterns, stickers, and assets applied.


What to Do #

  1. Be Patient and Wait

    • Give it at least 5 minutes to load if your project is very large.

    • Avoid refreshing too soon — sometimes it just needs extra time.

  2. Recover the Last Saved Version
    If it’s still not loading after waiting:

    • Click on the Help button at the top of your screen.

    • Scroll down and select “Recover a Different Version.”

    • Choose the last saved version from the list and click “Apply.”

    📌 This will open your most recent saved version.
    You might lose a few recent edits, but it’s better than losing the entire planner!
