Move Duplicated Pages After Changing Dates

When you duplicate pages in Planify Pro, the duplicated pages will always be attached to the bottom of the planner (after the last page).
If you want to place the duplicated pages somewhere else, here’s what you need to do:

Steps to move duplicate pages: #

  1. Duplicate the Pages

    • Use the “Dup+Run Date” button in the Multiple Page Menu to create your duplicate pages.

    • The new pages will automatically be placed at the bottom of the planner.

  2. Click on the “Insert” Button

    • In the Multiple Page Menu, click the yellow “Insert” button.

  3. Select “Multiple Pages”

    • Choose “Select Multiple Pages”.

    • Select the range of the duplicated pages you just created.

  4. Tell Planify Pro Where to Place Them

    • After selecting, choose the position where you want to insert the copied pages (for example, after a specific existing page).

  5. Manually Delete the Extra Pages at the Bottom

    • Important: Using Insert does not move the original duplicated pages.

    • It copies them to the new position.

    • You will still need to manually delete the extra duplicated pages left at the bottom of the planner.

Summary:
Duplicated pages always land at the bottom first.
To reposition them properly:

  • Insert copies where you want.

  • Delete the old bottom duplicates manually.
