How to Use Stickers

Stickers are a fun and creative way to decorate your planner and add a personalized touch to your layouts. Whether you’re adding icons, illustrations, or labels, Planify Pro gives you full control over how you place and style your stickers — but first, you need to activate Sticker Mode.

🎯 Step-by-Step: How to Add Stickers #

  1. Open the Sticker Menu
Click the “Sticker” button in the top main menu. This switches the editor into Sticker Mode.

  2. Browse Sticker Collections
On the right panel, you’ll see a variety of sticker collections. Click on any collection to reveal the full set of stickers inside.

  3. Insert a Sticker
Simply click on a sticker to add it to your planner. It will appear on the currently selected side of your spread.

📖 Left and Right Page Behavior #

Planify Pro simulates a real planner — meaning every spread has a left page and a right page.

  • If you want to place a sticker on the left page, make sure to click on the left page first before selecting your sticker.

  • Stickers cannot be dragged across the fold — left and right pages are not connected.

  • If you want the same sticker on the other side, you’ll need to select that side and re-insert the sticker manually.

Customizing Stickers #

Once a sticker is placed, you can fully customize its appearance from the right-side sticker settings:

  • Send to Front / Back – Choose whether the sticker appears above or behind your widgets.

  • Change Color (SVG only) – If the sticker is an SVG, you’ll see color options appear where you can change the color freely.

  • Add a Shadow – Select from preset shadows or set a custom shadow for depth and style.

Manipulating Stickers #

You can easily move, resize, and rotate stickers:

  • Resize – Click and drag any corner to make the sticker bigger or smaller.

  • Rotate – Use the circular rotation handle attached to the sticker.

  • Delete – Click the red “X” next to the sticker to remove it.

  • Copy & Paste – Use the Copy and Paste buttons in the top left menu. (Note: Keyboard shortcuts like Cmd+C / Ctrl+C don’t work yet)

Note About Modes #

  • When Sticker Mode is active, you can only interact with stickers.

  • When you’re in other modes like Widgets, Text, Color, etc., you won’t be able to click or move stickers — you’re back in Planner Mode.

To edit stickers again, you’ll need to return to Sticker Mode via the top menu.
