How to Apply a Pattern in Planify Pro #
Patterns let you quickly add visual style to your planner pages—perfect for covers, dividers, or themed layouts. Follow the steps below to apply a pattern correctly.
Open the Pattern Tool #

Open your planner in Planify Pro

From the top toolbar, click Pattern

The Planner Background panel will appear on the right side
This panel controls backgrounds, patterns, colors, and page coverage.
Set the Background Type #
At the top of the Planner Background panel:

Find Type

Select FULL or any other available option based on your design needs
Choose a Pattern #

Make sure Patterns is selected

Browse available pattern collections (for example: Soft Paws, Festive Season)

Click on a pattern thumbnail to apply it instantly
The selected pattern will appear on your planner page right away.
Adjust Opacity #

Use the Opacity slider to control how strong the pattern appears

Lower opacity works well if you plan to place text or layouts on top
-
Higher opacity is better for decorative pages
This helps keep your content readable while still adding style.
Apply the Pattern to Both Pages #
At the bottom of the panel:

Under Apply to, select Both
This ensures the pattern is applied evenly across:

Left page
-
Right page
Perfect for horizontal (two-page) planners.
