In Planify Pro, exporting multiple pages at once gives you full control over how your planner will be printed or used digitally. Here’s how to do it step-by-step.
Steps to Export Multiple Pages #
-
Click on the Save/Export button located in the top main menu.
-
Select Export.
-
Choose the Multiple Pages option.
Select Your Export Type #
You will be asked to choose what kind of export you want:
-
Paper Print: Export for printable planners.
-
Digital Planner: Export planners with clickable hyperlinks (for apps like GoodNotes or Notability).
-
KDP Export: Specialized settings for Amazon KDP publishing.
Choose Your Paper Size #
If you select Paper Print, you’ll next be asked what size paper you are printing on:
-
Same Size as the Current Project (e.g., A5)
-
A4 Paper Size
-
US Letter Paper Size
This choice tells Planify Pro how to format your PDF for your intended paper.
Arrange Pages for Printing #
After selecting your paper size, you will be asked how you want your pages arranged:
-
Rearrange for Ring/Disc Bound
→ Pages will be rearranged and aligned correctly for double-sided printing (e.g., for planners that use rings or discs).
→ If your planner is small (like A6), Planify Pro may place both the left and right pages side-by-side on one sheet to help save paper. -
Rearrange for Binder/Traveler’s Notebook
→ Pages are arranged so that when you fold the sheets in half, they form a proper booklet (without needing to cut and manually reorder). -
Do Not Rearrange
→ Pages are exported exactly in the order you see them in your project.
Key Things to Know #
-
If you choose Ring/Disc Bound or Binder Arrangement, the page order might look mixed up in the exported PDF — this is normal!
-
It ensures that after printing, cutting, folding, or binding, your planner pages will appear in the correct order.
-
-
If you select Do Not Rearrange, the exported PDF will be an exact copy of your project’s current page order.
Exporting for Digital Planners #
-
If you’re exporting for digital use, select Digital Planner.
-
Hyperlinks will automatically be attached.
-
You don’t need to worry about rearranging pages when exporting digitally — they stay exactly how you designed them.
