How to Export a Digital Planner as a PDF (Planify Pro) #
Follow these steps to create and download a fully tappable digital planner PDF with active hyperlinks — ideal for apps like GoodNotes and Notability.
Open the Export Panel #

Click Save/Export in the top menu.

Go to the Export tab.
Configure Your Export #
Choose these options:

Page Range: All Pages (default)

Mode: Digital (preserves links; don’t select Print)

Layout: Single Page or Double Page

Rearrange: Do Not Rearrange (keeps your original order)
Generate the PDF #

Click Batch Generate PDF at the bottom.

The export begins — time varies depending on planner size.

Large planners (up to ~700–800 pages) may take several minutes.
Tip: For very large files, a slower export helps ensure patterns and images export correctly.
Download and Test #

After completion, click the Download link.

Open the PDF in a new tab and test hyperlinks (tabs, date flags, etc.).
Troubleshooting #

Export seems slow? It might still be finishing. Wait up to 30 minutes before retrying or contacting support.

File size limits: Planners up to ~1 GB are supported — consider removing large patterns if needed.

Recommended setup: Desktop browser (Firefox private window) helps avoid memory issues during export.
