    • In your message, please include the email address you used for your Planify Pro account.

    • This helps us find and verify your subscription quickly.

  3. We Will Handle It for You

    • We will check your case within 1 business day.

    • If a double payment is confirmed:

      • We will cancel the duplicate subscription.

      • We will refund the extra payment back to you.
