Change the Dates of Multiple Pages

In Planify Pro, you can update the dates on multiple pages, but please note that changing the dates on multiple pages (especially across different years) can sometimes lead to errors. Here’s how to do it:

Option 1: Change the Dates of Multiple Pages (Quick Method) #

  1. Open the Multiple Page Menu on the left sidebar in the multiple page menu.

  2. Click the yellow “Insert” button at the bottom.

  3. In the new window, click “Multiple Change Date”.

  4. Select the page range you want to update (e.g., all weekly pages).

  5. Choose the week start (Monday, Sunday, or leave empty).

  6. If it’s a digital planner, you can also sync tab links to the new pages.

  7. Choose whether to override existing pages or attach new ones at the bottom.

⚠️ Note:
This method is quick but not always reliable when working across full-year changes like 2025 to 2026. Use with caution!
