I Can’t See the Lines in My Planner

If you notice that some lines in your planner seem to disappear when you’re working or viewing your exported PDF — don’t worry! All the lines are there.


Why This Happens #

  • The lines you see in Planify Pro and your exported PDF are typically only 1 pixel wide.

  • When you zoom out, your screen tries to shrink everything — but a 1-pixel line is already extremely thin.

  • Depending on your screen resolution and zoom level, your device may temporarily choose not to display the line visually to save rendering power.

✅ However, the lines are not missing — they are still correctly placed inside your project and your exported pdf file.


How to Double-Check #

  • Zoom In:
    Try zooming in on your planner inside Planify Pro or in the exported PDF.
    As you zoom closer, the lines will appear clearly again.

  • Test Export:
    Even if you can’t see all the lines while zoomed out, when you export your planner, all lines are properly included and will display correctly when viewed at a normal zoom level.
