If you are trying to recover a previous version of your planner but can’t find the “Recover” button, here’s what you need to know:
Where to Find the Button: #

Click on the Help button located at the top right of your screen.

Then select “Recover a Different Version of Your Current Planner.”
Important: #

This recovery button only appears if you have a current project open.

If no planner is open in the background, the recovery button will not show up.
When the Button Will Not Appear: #

If you click New Project and start from scratch without any planner opened yet,

The recovery option will not be available.

Make sure you have an existing planner open in the background.
Only then the Recover a Different Version button will become visible under the Help menu.
