Can’t Find the Recover Button

If you are trying to recover a previous version of your planner but can’t find the “Recover” button, here’s what you need to know:

Where to Find the Button: #

  • Click on the Help button located at the top right of your screen.

  • Then select “Recover a Different Version of Your Current Planner.”

Important: #

  • This recovery button only appears if you have a current project open.

  • If no planner is open in the background, the recovery button will not show up.

When the Button Will Not Appear: #

  • If you click New Project and start from scratch without any planner opened yet,

  • The recovery option will not be available.


Summary:
Make sure you have an existing planner open in the background.
Only then the Recover a Different Version button will become visible under the Help menu.
