I Cannot Save My File

If you’re unable to save your project in Planify Pro, don’t worry — it’s a common issue after working for long sessions without refreshing.


Why This Happens #

  • If you’ve been working in Planify Pro for a long period (especially more than 6 hours continuously in the same browser window), the browser may try to auto-refresh or break the session.

  • This can temporarily block new save attempts and cause saving errors.


How to Avoid It #

  • Save Regularly:

    • Make it a habit to save your work every 20–30 minutes.

    • Can click the Save button manually. We don’t have an autosave function.

  • Reload the Browser After Long Sessions:

    • If you’ve been working for many hours, it’s good practice to manually reload the page once in a while to keep your session fresh (after you have saved the planner).


What to Do If You’re Already Stuck #

  • Reload the Browser Window:

    • If you can no longer save, try reloading the browser window.

    • Unfortunately, any unsaved changes might be lost, but this is often the only way to restore the connection.

  • Recover Previous Versions:

    • After reloading, if needed, you can go to the Help MenuRecover a Different Version to load the last autosaved version of your planner.
