If you see blank pages in your exported planner, it’s usually because the system ran too fast while preparing the export.
When the system moves through pages quickly, it might not give enough time for the content (widgets, patterns, stickers) to fully load and send to the PDF exporter — resulting in blank pages.
Why This Happens #
Planify Pro needs a short loading time for each page to collect and send all the page elements to the final PDF.
If your project is large (lots of pages, stickers, patterns) and the sync/export speed is too fast, some pages may export before everything finishes loading, causing blank pages.
How to Fix It #
-
Sync Before Exporting
-
Go to Save/Export.
-
In the Export Menu at the bottom click Sync all pages before export.
-
Choose Slow Sync to give each page enough time to fully load.
-
-
Check Page Previews
-
Open the Multiple Page Menu on the left.
-
Click Show Previews so you can see thumbnails of each page.
-
Slowly scroll through all page thumbnails:
-
If a thumbnail is blank, that page will also be blank in the export.
-
If a page looks fine in the thumbnail, it will export fine.
-
-
-
Fix Blank Thumbnails
-
Click on any page where the thumbnail is blank.
-
Let the page fully load.
-
Wait a few seconds before moving to the next page.
-
Repeat for all affected pages.
-
-
Re-Export Your Planner
-
After refreshing the thumbnails, export the planner again.
-
The blank pages should now be correctly filled.
