When working with large planners in Planify Pro (e.g., 100+ pages), you often want to apply the same planner template layout across multiple pages — especially when updating weekly or monthly pages. This process ensures visual and structural consistency throughout your planner without affecting important elements like date flags.
Example Scenario #
Let’s say your planner has:
-
5 monthly pages
-
95 weekly pages And you’ve made edits to the layout of one of your weekly pages — now you want to apply those same edits to the rest of the weekly pages.
How to Apply the Updated Template to All Other Pages #
-
Click on the “Copy Layout” button located in the top toolbar.
-
In the layout tool, select all the pages where you want the updated template applied (e.g., all weekly pages).
-
Once selected, click on the “Skeleton + Style” button.
This action will:
-
Copy the entire structure and styling (layout + design) of the current page
-
Paste it onto all the selected pages
💡 This includes:
-
Text placements
-
Boxes, grids, dividers
-
Fonts and layout spacing
Important: Date Flags Will Not Be Overwritten #
If your other planner pages already contain date flags (like January, February, or specific calendar dates), those will remain untouched.
So don’t worry — applying your updated template will not remove, reset, or interfere with any existing date flags. Only the layout skeleton and style will be applied.
This makes it safe to update templates across your planner without breaking your dated structure.
