In a digital planner, every page must have the exact same tabs, hyperlinks, and background settings in order for navigation to work smoothly. If you make changes on one page — like updating a tab color, font, link, or background — those changes won’t automatically apply to other pages.
To keep things consistent, Planify Pro offers two ways to apply your digital planner settings to all other pages: using Copy Style or the Apply Tabs/Hyperlinks to Other Pages button.
Why This Is Important for digital planner #
If one page has different tab settings than the others, your exported planner may have:
-
Broken links
-
Missing tabs
-
Visual inconsistencies
-
Misaligned hyperlink behavior
Changes that require syncing across pages include:
-
Tab text, color, or links
-
Tab font or size
-
Background type or color
-
Spine or shadow settings
Method 1: Apply Settings Using the “Copy Style” Button #
-
Click the “Copy Style” button at the top left of the Multiple Page Panel.
-
In the menu that appears, check the following boxes:
-
✅ Margins
-
✅ Apply only Digital Planner Background
(this includes both the background type and background color) -
✅ Apply only Color of Tabs
-
✅ Apply only Hyperlinks on Tabs
-
-
Set your page range — e.g., from page 2 to the last page
(skip the cover if it doesn’t include tabs or digital background) -
Click the pink “Apply Style to Pages” button.
🕒 This may take time for large planners (300–800 pages), so please be patient while it runs.
Method 2: Use “Apply Tabs/Hyperlinks to Other Pages” #
-
In the Digital Planner tab menu, find the pink button just above the tab list:
“Apply Tabs/Hyperlinks to Other Pages” -
Click it to open a new sync menu.
-
Check the settings you want to apply:
-
✅ Apply only Digital Planner Background
-
✅ Apply only Hyperlinks on Tabs
-
✅ Apply only Color of Tabs
-
-
Set your page range (or select all).
-
Click “Apply Tabs/Hyperlinks to Other Pages.”
📌 This method achieves the same result as Copy Style, but works directly within the Digital Planner interface.
Best Practices #
-
Apply your settings after finishing your tabs and layout.
-
If you update just one tab or link, remember to re-sync across all pages.
-
For long planners, consider saving before syncing to avoid memory issues.
