How to Add and Place Stickers in Planify Pro #

Stickers are a simple way to decorate your planner, highlight important areas, or add visual personality to your pages. Planify Pro lets you use built-in sticker packs or upload your own images.

Step 1: Open the Stickers Menu #

  • Open your planner in Planify Pro

  • From the top toolbar, click Stickers

  • The Sticker Menu will appear on the right side of the screen

Step 2: Browse Built-in Sticker Packs #

Inside the Sticker Menu:

  • Scroll through available sticker collections (for example: seasonal, planner icons, decorative elements)

  • Use the Filter and sorting options to find stickers faster

  • Click any sticker to select it

Built-in stickers are ready to use—no setup required.

Step 3: Add a Sticker to Your Page #

  • Click on a sticker from the menu

  • The sticker will appear on your current page

  • Drag it to position anywhere on the planner

You can place stickers on:

  • Cover pages

  • Daily, weekly, or monthly layouts

  • Decorative or functional sections

Step 4: Resize and Adjust Placement #

Once the sticker is on the page:

  • Drag the corners to resize

  • Move it freely to align with your layout

  • Use guidelines (if enabled) to keep everything neatly aligned

This helps keep your planner clean and balanced.

Step 5: Upload Your Own Stickers #

To use custom images as stickers:

  • In the Sticker Menu, click Insert My Image

  • Upload an image from your device

  • The image will be added as a sticker you can place and resize like any other

This is perfect for:

  • Personal photos

  • Brand elements

  • Custom sticker packs
