In Planify Pro, tags are used to organize your planners — just like sorting documents into folders.
They make it easy to keep everything neat and easy to find!
How Tags Work #
-
Each planner can have one tag.
-
Tags are like “folders” to group similar planners together.
-
You can create, assign, and delete tags anytime inside your Collection page.
How to Create a New Tag #
You can create a new tag in two ways:
-
On the Collection page:
-
Look at the left sidebar where all your tags are listed.
-
Click to create a New Tag.
-
-
While Saving a Planner:
-
When saving your project (via Save / Export), you can create a new tag directly in the Save Menu.
-
How to Assign a Tag to a Planner #
You can assign a tag to your planner in two places:
-
While Saving a Planner:
In the Save Menu, select the tag you want from the dropdown list. -
From Your Collection:
-
Find your planner in the Collection.
-
Click on Menu under the planner listing.
-
Select Assign Tag and choose the tag you want.
-
How to Delete a Tag #
-
Go to the Collection page.
-
In the left sidebar where your tags are listed, you can delete any tag you no longer need.
Note: Deleting a tag will not delete your planners. It simply removes the folder organization for that tag.
Why Use Tags? #
Tags help you:
-
Organize your planners better.
-
Quickly filter and find specific types of planners.
-
Keep your Collection clean, even if you have hundreds of planners!
