What you’ll need to prepare before crafting your refillable notepad : Paper to print out the Notes Pages Chipboards White Glossy Sticker Paper Cinch Binding Machine https://youtu.be/t8Hyj8KnqJ0?feature=shared Design Planner Covers and Inserts Group 2 Group 2 Design the internal pages using Planify Pro. You can choose the size and add lined papers. Adjust the layout by adding paddings and removing spaces. Make sure to adjust the spacing so that there is enough space for hole punching later. You can also decorate the notepad by adding stickers. Once you are done designing the internal pages, copy and paste the design to the other side of the notepad. Export the notepad design as a PDF file. You can choose to export multiple pages on one sheet depending on your paper size. Design the cover page by adding patterns. You will need to export the cover page in a separate file as well. Print the notepad inserts and the cover pages on separate papers. Make sure to print the cover pages on a larger scale and on white glossy sticker paper. Binding Refillable Notepad *Click to see full images Cut out all the pieces and trim off any white edges. Assemble the cover by sticking two cover pages together. Prepare seven chipboards according to the measurements in the video and place them next to each other with a gap in between. Trim the corners of the chipboards and fold all the sides inwards. Adhere the smaller sized cover page on the inside of the cover and fold all the pieces together. Hole punch the inserts and the cover page. Insert Chicago screws through the holes and screw them together to assemble the notepad. Design the front and back cover using a pattern and text boxes. Create the monthly planner pages: Insert a monthly calendar on one half of the page. You can customize the calendar to start on Monday and end on Wednesday by going to settings and day start. Add an empty white column on the left side of the calendar by going to settings and add eighth column. Create the weekly planner pages: Insert a weekly calendar on the other half of the page. You can customize the calendar to start on Thursday and end on Sunday by going to settings and day start. Add additional pages (optional): You can add notes pages by going to starter and skeleton. Print out the planner inserts and covers: Make sure to print the covers on sticker paper. Binding Folding Planner 2025 *Click to see full images Trim the printed inserts and covers Take white sticker paper and cut it a little bit smaller than the cover itself.  Place the white sticker paper on the inside of the front and back covers.  Insert the monthly pages and weekly pages into the planner. Put the cover page on top of the monthly and weekly pages. Take the back cover, flip it over, and insert it into the planner.  Use a cinch machine to punch holes in the covers and inserts.
