Get Ready to Create Your Own Adorable Memo Kit!

In this step-by-step guide, we’ll walk you through the entire process, from designing your pages in Planify Pro to assembling the finished memo kit. You’ll learn how to:

What you’ll need to prepare before crafting your memokit :
- Paper to print out the Inserts
- Chipboard 1.2 mm
- PVA Glue
- Cardstock 220 gsm
- White Glossy Sticker Paper
Design Your Memo Pages
- Go to Planify Pro and open the “Notepad” template.
- Customize the colors, patterns, and fonts to your liking.
Print the Memo Pages
- Save and export your design as a PDF.
- Print the PDF 70 times on A4 or US Letter size paper.
- Use 80 GSM paper weight.
- Set the scale to 95% in your printer settings.
Create the Memo Cover
- Go back to Planify Pro and open the “Cover” template.
- Choose a pattern you like.
- Set the size to A4 or US Letter (to match your sticker paper).
- Save and export the cover as a PDF (it will create 2 pages).
- Print the PDF twice on white glossy sticker paper.
Binding the Memo Kit
- Cut the printed pages into five individual sections (calendar, to-do list, weekly planner, notes, habit tracker).
- Glue the top edges of each section to create five mini notepads.
- Stick the two printed cover pages together to create one big piece.
- Place chipboard pieces onto the sticker sheet, leaving 2cm around the edges.
- Trim the excess sticker sheet and fold the edges over the chipboard.
- Stick the notepads to the inside of the cover using double-sided tape.
- Add a ribbon to the back of the cover to tie it closed.
