What you’ll need to prepare before crafting your notepads:
- PVA Glue, Modpodge, PVA Kids Glue
- Paper to print out Note Design
- Cardstock for back cover
- Brush to apply glue on paper (optional)
- Paper Clip (optional)
1. Create Notepad with Planify Pro
- Click on the menu Search for Planners
- Type “Notes” in the search bar
- Select the template you prefer and apply it
- Click the “Left” button at the top left to show just one side of your notepad
- Head to the Size menu, find your notepad size, and click to apply
- Go to Layout and adjust the border to your preference
2. Design Your Notepad

3. Export and Print out Notepad Inserts
Go to Save&Export on the menu bar
- Choose paper size
- Click Generate PDF
- Download PDF Flie
- Click the download file icon located at the top right, then set up a name for your file and click save
Adjust the number of copies according to how many pages you want to print out
*Note: Ensure that your printer supports borderless paper printing. If you’re a Mac user, you can open the file with the “Preview” program and select the paper size with the borderless option.
6. Binding Notepad

- Once you’ve printed the notepads, attach cardstock to the back
- Secure each corner with paper clips
- Apply glue to the top of the notepad, let it sit for 10 minutes, and you’re done!
