At times, you may need to monitor various tasks like chores, self-reflections, travel savings, work checklists, and more. The benefits of a digital planner include having a backup of your planner and receiving calendar notifications synced with your devices. This ensures that you never overlook any tasks throughout the day. In this article, we will show how easy it is to create a digital planner with Planify Pro in a few clicks. *All hyperlinks will be automatically added when you export files.
** To run Planify Pro smoothly, remember to open Planify Pro on Firefox in Private mode.
*** Close unnecessary programs and browsers that you do not use while running Planify Pro.
Create a Digital Planner
- Create a planner
- Select menu on top Layout > Create Digital Planners
- Click Single Page Vertical Planner to status On
- Activate Digital Planner Background and choose spine type
Add Tabs for Auto-Linking pages
- Click Add Tab on the right menu bar
- Fill text or months on each tab
- Adjust Outer and Inner gaps between tabs and planner edges
*Any text other than months will be consider as “Detect by Text” option
Create and Auto-Link Monthly Planner Page
- For Adding Single Page: Click Dup+Change for create the following month page from exist month page
- For Adding Multiple Pages: Click on … button and fill the number for duplicate pages you want
*You can set the waiting time on the option for the faster generated pages.
Create and Auto-Link Weekly Planner Page
- Go to Template > Planner Tags > Select “Starter Weekly DATED” on the right menu bar and select planner template to apply
- At the top menu bar, set the start month and year for your calendar
- Click on Date Flag widget to adjust dates on page
- Click … button to auto-create the weekly pages for entire calendar
Create and Auto-Link Daily Planner Page
- Go to Template > Planner Tags > Select “Starter Daily DATED” on the right menu bar and select planner template to apply
- Click on Date Flag widget to adjust start of the date/month/year
- Click … button to auto-create the daily pages for entire calendar
Create and Auto-Link To Do List Page
- Add new page and set name as To Do
- Go to Template > Planner Tags > Select “Starter To Do Lists” and select planner template to apply
- Customize header from menu bar on the right
*Your To Do page will be automatically linked. You can check it in the Layout menu.
Create and Auto-Link Notes and Tracker Page
- Add new page and set name as Notes or Tracker to make the text link
- Go to Template > Planner Tags > Select “Starter Notes” and select planner template to apply
- Customize notes and trackers widget from menu bar on the right
*Notes or Tracker pages will be automatically linked. You can check it in the Layout menu.
Save & Export Digital Planner
- Go to Save&Export > Export PDF > All Page > Digital
- Select between Double page or Single page Goodnotes PDF links
- Click “Sync All Pages before Export” to let Planify pro touch up any missing links, if there are any on the page.
