Export Multiple Pages

In this lesson, you’ll learn how to export a full multi-page printable planner as a properly formatted PDF file — ideal for printing front and back or creating physical inserts for ring-bound planners.

  • How to prepare your planner for export with cover pages in the correct position
  • Why the first page should always be your front cover and the last page your back cover
  • Choosing the correct paper size for export (A4, US Letter, etc.)
  • Using the “Rearrange pages for rings” option to keep pages in the correct order
  • How to export your full planner as a PDF using Batch Generate PDF
