Upload and Use Your Own Fonts

In this lesson, you’ll learn how to upload custom fonts to Planify Pro and apply them to different text styles in your planner, including headers, body text, and widget content.

  • How to access the My Fonts menu from the Text tab
  • Uploading your own font file (OTF or TTF supported)
  • Applying your uploaded font to H1, H2, or H3 styles
  • Adjusting font size and testing the font in your layout
  • Performance note: why custom fonts are best for planners with fewer pages

Uploading your own font is a great way to match your personal or brand style — especially for smaller planners or one-page layouts. For larger planners (over 10 pages), we recommend using Planify Pro’s built-in fonts for best export performance.
