What you’ll need to prepare before crafting your Sudoku Notepad : Paper to print out the Inserts Chipboard PVA Glue https://youtu.be/E0k0Rjzt6qE?feature=shared Design Your Sudoku Pages Group 2 Group 2 Open Planify Pro: Go to planifypro.com and log in. Open a new private browsing window (this helps prevent glitches). Create a New Planner: Click “Create a New Planner.” Set Custom Size: Go to “Size” > “Custom Size.” Click “Add or Remove Custom Size.” Enter your desired dimensions (e.g., 100mm x 100mm for a 10cm x 10cm notepad). Name your size (e.g., “Sudoku Size”) and click “Add Size.” Select your new size from the list. Add the Sudoku Widget: Click “Edit Layout” and set it to “On.” Remove all but one widget box by clicking the minus sign. Resize the remaining widget box to fill the entire page. Click the widget box and select “Special” > “Sudoku” from the options on the right. Customize the Look: Colors: Change the line and outline colors to your liking (black outline and gray lines are recommended). Font: Choose a font from the “Text” menu. Pattern: (Optional) Add a background pattern from the “Pattern” menu. Experiment with different pattern styles and the “Bold Frame” option. Adjust Margins: Go to “Layout” and adjust the top, bottom, outer, and inner padding to create equal margins around the Sudoku grid. Copy the left padding values to the right side for consistency. Get a Random Sudoku: Click “Get a Random Sudoku” on the right side menu to generate a new puzzle. Duplicate Pages: Click “Duplicate Change Date.” Enter the number of pages you want (e.g., 100 for a 200-page notepad with two puzzles per page). Click “Start” to duplicate. Export and Print Sudoku Notepad Group 2 Group 2 Shuffle Sudokus: After duplicating, go back to page one and click “Shuffle All Sudokus.” Sync Pages: Go to “Save Export” > “Sync All Pages.” Click through all the pages to randomize the Sudokus. Export as PDF: Go to “Export.” For a clean PDF without the page background, choose “Digital” > “Double Page” and click “Bat Gener PDF.” Download the PDF. Print: Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Save Paper (Optional): Go to “Print” > “Multiple” and set it to print two pages per sheet in landscape orientation. Print all pages. Making a Sudoku Notepad Cut: Cut out all the printed Sudoku pages. Prepare Chipboard: Cut a piece of chipboard to the same size as the pages. Glue: Apply PVA glue to the top edge of the stack of pages and the chipboard. What you’ll need to prepare before crafting your budget binder : Paper to print out the Inserts Chipboard 1.2 mm PVA Glue Cardstock 220 gsm White Glossy Sticker Paper https://youtu.be/Xa9sjNQoYhY?feature=shared Design Budget Binder Cover Group 2 Group 2 Make the Cover Design: Go to Planify Pro, create a new planner, choose your sticker paper size, remove widgets, select a pattern, and generate a PDF. Print it twice on white glossy sticker paper. Assemble the Cover: Trim the white edges off both printed sheets. Overlap the sheets slightly to create one larger piece. Peel off the backing and stick the chipboard pieces onto the sticker paper (see video for placement). Trim excess sticker paper, cut corners, and fold in the sides to create the cover. Optional: Cover the Inside: Cut white glossy sticker paper to fit the inside of the cover and stick it down. Make the Budget Binder Notepad Group 2 Group 2 Design the Notepad: In Planify Pro, create a new planner with personal size dimensions. Add two widgets: one for the header and one for the “Detailed Expenses” tracker. Customize as desired. Print and Assemble: Generate a PDF of your notepad design. Print multiple copies (70-80 pages recommended) on regular paper. Cut the pages to size, then glue the top edges together to form the notepad. Let it dry completely. Create the Dividers Group 2 Group 2 Design the Dividers: In Planify Pro, create a new planner with personal size dimensions. Choose the “Divider” layout and select “Side Tabs.” Customize the number of tabs and add names if desired. Print and Cut: Generate a PDF of your divider design. Print it on cardstock. Cut the dividers to size and use a punch board or scissors to create the tabs. Making a Budget Binder Cut and Score: Cut two pieces of white cardstock according to the measurements in the video. Use a scoring board to score each piece 13 times in 1 cm sections. Fold: Fold the scored lines back and forth to create two accordion-folded pieces. Attach Dividers: Stick double-sided tape to each section of the accordion folds. Attach the dividers to the tape. Connect to Cover: Add double-sided tape to the front and back flaps of the accordion fold. Stick the accordion fold to the inside of the cover. Add Notepad: Attach double-sided tape to the back of the dried notepad. Stick the notepad to the inside of the budget binder.
